One Room Challenge Fall 2018 ~ Top Favourites

Hello Friday! What a week full of inspirations at One Room Challenge seeing likeminded creative friends transformed their rooms in 6 short weeks.  I am thrilled with how the home office turned out and thank you so so much for all your love and comments on the REVEAL.  You can also have a look at the kitchen, dining room, guest bedroom I tackled since Fall 2016.

Today is all about spaces that took my breath away and I could totally live in any of these spaces in a heart beat.

Looking for a beautifully layered and cozy cocoon to admire the winter wonderland outside of these chic black framed windows + a cup of hot coco by the stunning fireplace?  Nicole of Vestige Home nailed it with an amazing collection of art, pair of delicious velvet chairs, a mirror to die for, impeccable styling and of course the super trending lime wash finish on all the walls!

With snow on the ground in the middle of November, I am ready to travel south for a sunny destination and with this bright, vibrant guest house full of life and juicy elements every where I look, the only question I have is: where is my boarding pass

The avocado green cabinets and that pretty shade of blush on the wall just put a smile on my face.

My next big project is a brand new pre-construction condo Chris and I purchased four years ago.  Needless to say, I have been dreaming about the perfect kitchen with numerous revisions and this stylish and inviting kitchen by Kristina has absolutely every elements I noted with the builder (yes lucky me they were ok for customization) and more:
  • u-shape kitchen for efficient layout
  • mix of white and natural wood with black accents
  • floating shelves with full height backsplash
  • modern vent hood cover

Jenny had done it again. I first met with Jenny last fall when she transformed her bedroom and she nailed it again to connect her newly decorated sitting nook with the adjacent kitchen for one sensational open concept space.

Trading in one narrow bank of upper cabinet for an amazing vignette with art ... not everyone will do that (I can hear Chris saying he wants more storage) but for me, it is a BRILLIANT choice! The second image would have been great but now it is breathtaking ... yes, that's what my design obsessed and styling focused brain tells me.

Speaking about styling, don't you noticed we all love branches?

From kitchen to dining room, this Cole and Son wallpaper has been calling my name for quite some time.  I had a dramatic wallpaper in my dining room before but this one is just so whimsical and cheerful! Who wouldn't want to be here for a dinner party?

Last but not least ... while we are talking about drama, this powder room by William and Susan is absolutely sensational! The vanity, the u-trap, the hex marble floor, the wall panel, and the styling, I want them all right now.

Thanks Linda of Calling it Home and Better Homes and Gardens for another inspiring and supportive round of One Room Challenge.  We did it and I look forward to the next challenge in Spring 2019!
