Speaking about shopping, we are filling our carts today with gorgeous holiday decorations at the Bay!
Highland takes on the classic Christmas Palette of red + green, and gives it a luxe, glam, and playful twist by mixing in touches of tartan, antique gold, and rich royal blue. The overall look is decadent, sumptuous, and is perfect for the gentlemen.
Ever wonder how it is like to dine like the royal family? Well, this lavish tablescape is filled with colors, patterns, sparkles, and of course napkin rings that are fit for the Queen.
If Highland is curated with the gentlemen in mind, then Regency must be tailored for the ladies. The black & white palette is accentuated by polished and brushed silver: a total Hollywood glam I would say! The glitzy mirrored wreath is nothing short of spectacular, and my personal fav is the super chic reindeer stocking.
Now after a whirlwind of Christmas parties and holiday events, there is nothing I enjoy more than to spend a few days up north with Chris (perhaps in a cozy cabin like this) to unwind, relax, and really enjoy the holiday. I absolutely adore this vignette and it is totally going into my "dream cabin" inspiration folder.
The Kitchen Paper collection is now available at the Bay. From napkins, placemats, table runners, to coasters, these eco-friendly paper products all have a romantic French artisan flair. Of course the visual display team has done an amazing job in showcasing the products with an organic sensibility.
Thanks Arren for inviting me to the Christmas Street walk-through! I had a blast checking out this year's breathtaking holiday decor collection at the Bay, and of course thrilled to catch up with Tommy, Lisa (love her vintage sweater from the Bay), Sam, and Jen!
Before I announce the winner of the Christmas stocking giveaway, I have two new giveaways for you. Can't you tell I'm already in the Christmas gift giving spirit? First up is the limited edition tea towel designed by Tommy Smythe (and his niece Coco) with organic goodness from the garden as inspiration.
Giveaway No. 2 is this cheerful, stylish, heart shape key chain in bright yellow leather from ORDNING&REDA. Super fun stationery and I am so going to the Bay to pick up a couple of these vibrant orange notebooks to kick start 2013! ORDNING&REDA also carries cards for special occasions, and this one with two kings holding hands just put a smile on my face.
For a chance to take home this week's giveaways, simply leave me a comment of what caught your eyes from this year's holiday collection or stationery from ORDNING&REDA at the Bay. For 3 extra entries, be my follower by clicking "Join this site", "follow on instagram", and "follow on twitter".
Now here is the moment you all have been waiting for!! The lucky winner of the stylish stockings provided by Staci of Switch Studio is Comment no. 13, Michelle of AM Dolce Vita!
Congrats Michelle! Please email me your contact information and Staci will be in touch shortly. As for the rest of you, check out the Bay and tell me what is your absolute must-have item this year. Entries for the giveaways are open until November 25th.
Happy shopping!

Great selection Tim. Enjoyed touring The Bay. I prefer the Highland tree, probably because we are going with a Balmoral theme this year with a kilt tree skirt and little sporrans hanging on the tree.
ReplyDeleteglad to hear!! come on Wednesday for 3 super fun collections :)
DeleteWhat could be more perfect for adding festive cheer than a touch of tartan elegance? Love it!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Love late night shopping on the lead up to Christmas... something magical about it.

Deletelove late night shopping! we should do that next Christmas in Germany!!
I loved the red, wooden candle holders and tartan candles.
ReplyDeleteNow, this I call festive:-) Love the colours! After a more traditional approach last year, I am thinking of a rather colourful vignette for this Xmas...
ReplyDeleteTim, I love your photo styling :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Wendy! That's my new favourite blog post fun :)
DeleteI've always liked the Bay and especially more around this time of the year. Your store feature is so intriguing and makes me want to pay them a visit right now. Oh and I won I won! Thanks so much Tim! Will email you shortly.
ReplyDeleteThat cabin is FAB, how I wish I had one like that! I think I might be going in a white and gold direction this year, but I can't stray too far from the traditional berry red, because I have boatloads of red decorations already!
ReplyDeleteI know hey Lisa!! totally what I would want for myself in cottage country. Can't wait to see you on Thursday!
DeleteWhat caught my eye were the tartan candles on the Highland table. Do they ever look luxurious.I'm also liking the crown napkin rings - very regal :) I think a red & gold table scheme might be in order this year. Thanks for all the ideas!
ReplyDeleteYou don't have them featured that I see, but I loved the Bay's HBC stripe coated Santa ornaments.Nothing like giving Santa a little Canadian makeover!
ReplyDeleteCamille
I am loving everything this season because my own home is filled with barn red (one of my favourite colours too Tim), tartan, deer and antlers so I am finally on trend. It also gives me so much more to choose from!
ReplyDeleteIt was so much fun to see you Tim! Excited to see what your space will look like for the holidays.
